Conclusion: Healing is remembering that we are one

Animal kinesiology doesn't just "treat" a symptom. It restores a forgotten communication, that of the living with the living. By listening to the animal through energy testing, we dialogue with the invisible, we honor the silent language of connected hearts. And we learn, perhaps, to become more human.

1. ENERGETIC AND SPIRITUAL FOUNDATIONS OF KINESIOLOGY

1.1 Historical and multidimensional origin

Kinesiology finds its roots in the convergence of modern biomechanics and ancient wisdom. Born in the 1960s under the leadership of Dr. George Goodheart, an American chiropractor, applied kinesiology was initially conceived as a muscle assessment tool designed to identify imbalances in the physical body. But it quickly became clear that muscle tone depended not only on structure, but also on energetic, emotional, and neurological factors.

This science of movement has evolved into an integrative kinesiology, incorporating the laws of traditional Chinese medicine, the circulation of meridians, the principles of yin and yang, energetic polarities, but also the more subtle dimensions of life. Through it, a reappropriation of ancestral knowledge has taken place: Ayurvedic and shamanic medicines find a direct resonance in it, they who have always perceived the animal and the human as beings connected to invisible forces, flows of life, memories of the soul.

In this respect, kinesiology is not limited to body therapy. It is a path of knowledge, a bridge between science and spirituality, between the tangible and the intuitive, between matter and the invisible.

1.2 The animal body as a living vibrational field

The animal's body is not a machine. It is a perpetually modulating vibratory field, a living organism nourished by energy flows, emotions, thoughts, and memories—visible or invisible. Biologist Rupert Sheldrake proposed the theory of morphogenetic or morphic fields: subtle information structures that organize living matter. The animal would thus be connected to a collective field of its species, but also to a field specific to its unique history.

This perspective opens up the understanding of the animal aura, a halo of energy that surrounds the physical body and is composed of several layers: etheric, emotional, mental, karmic, spiritual... These seven levels of consciousness correspond to as many information strategies that kinesiology can question or reharmonize.

Through energetic muscle testing, we can thus capture cellular memories, sometimes transgenerational, or even from previous incarnation cycles. The animal, although living in the present moment, carries within it the imprint of lineages, traumas, invisible loyalties that it has sometimes come to free, not only for itself, but also for its human environment.

1.3 The animal as a sensitive being and mirror of the human

Far from being a simple traveling companion, the animal is a sensitive being, endowed with emotions, feelings, and a keen and often non-verbal intelligence. In animal kinesiology, it is seen as an awakener. It comes to reveal shadowy areas, amplifying unconscious tensions, or on the contrary, accompanying in the opening of the heart.

The law of resonance is at the heart of this relationship: what the animal manifests is often a vibrational reflection of what its guardian is experiencing internally. A dog that develops chronic digestive problems may express difficulty "digesting" its human's emotions. A horse experiencing anxiety in the arena may embody the fear of showing itself or failing that its rider is trying to hide.

This spiritual mirroring phenomenon isn't a mental projection. It's an energetic reality that kinesiology helps decode. The animal doesn't play a role; it synchronizes with what needs to be healed—sometimes in a silence of great dignity. As such, each session becomes a soul-to-soul dialogue, a sacred space where the animal offers its experience as a path to shared elevation.

2. THE MUSCLE TESTING TECHNIQUE AND ITS ADAPTATIONS TO THE ANIMAL WORLD

2.1 Classical muscle testing: science, perception, intuition

Muscle testing is the operative heart of kinesiology. It is a form of direct dialogue with the intelligence of the body—or rather, bodies, as it addresses the physical structure as well as the energetic, emotional, and spiritual levels. Initially designed to test the tonic response of a muscle subjected to slight pressure, this process makes it possible to assess the presence or absence of stress, blockage, or imbalance in the overall system.

From a physiological perspective, a muscle reacts with harmonious tone when the information it receives is accurate, coherent, and integrated. Conversely, toxic, undigested, or simply "unauthorized" information results in instant micro-weakness. It is this subtle variation that becomes language. The muscle then becomes a living biofeedback, a gateway to inner wisdom.

But muscle testing isn't based solely on mechanics. It calls upon the practitioner's keen perception and subtle listening, who must remain neutral, grounded, and at the core. The body doesn't lie—but it's the practitioner who can interfere if they're emotionally charged, projecting, or doubting. Hence the crucial importance of inner posture: deep anchoring, openness of heart, and mental emptiness. The practitioner then becomes a transparent channel serving the vibrational truth of life.

2.2 Energy transfer and substitution test

In humans, muscle testing is performed directly on the subject. But in animals, it is necessary to adapt. Indeed, few animals can voluntarily maintain prolonged muscle contraction or cooperate in a conscious session. This is why practitioners use the transfer test, also called the substitution test.

This process relies on a vibrational anchoring between the animal and a third party, usually the human referent (guardian), or the practitioner themselves. By intentionally connecting with the animal—through thought, heart, or touch—we create an energetic bridge, a quantum connection. Information from the animal's field then passes through the surrogate's system, allowing the animal's responses to be tested through their body.

But this transfer requires great vibrational rigor. Indeed, several fields interact: those of the animal, the guardian, the practitioner, the environment. It is therefore crucial to manage interference, identify where the information being tested comes from, and validate internal authorizations at each stage. The practitioner must constantly return to a space of inner clarity, apply vibrational filters, and be careful not to pollute the reading with their own internal states.

This level of finesse isn't learned solely on stage. It requires regular inner work, a purification of the ego, and an ability to step back and let the animal's soul speak through the test.

2.3 Remote testing: sacred connection and non-local consciousness

In many cases, it is possible—and sometimes preferable—to practice remotely. Remote energy testing relies on the nonlocality of consciousness: the fact that two beings can resonate without physical contact, simply through intention, love, or the opening of sacred space.

The photographic medium is then used as a vector of connection: it is not a simple image, but a unique vibrational anchor, an imprint of the incarnate soul. By connecting to the animal's photo (with the explicit consent of the keeper), the practitioner can enter a space of multidimensional listening and carry out the tests as if he were in the presence of the animal.

But this approach requires a stronger ethic. Working remotely doesn't grant any additional rights; on the contrary, it requires increased respect, vigilance, and gentleness. Every session must begin with a clear request for permission, given to the animal's soul. Without this inner openness, without this silent "yes" from the living, nothing should be undertaken.

The practitioner imposes nothing; he humbly requests a space of sacred collaboration. This is what distinguishes animal kinesiology from a simple technique: it becomes a vibrational practice in the service of the living, a silent liturgy of universal interconnection.

3. DIMENSIONS DECODED BY ANIMAL KINESIOLOGY

Animal kinesiology, far from being limited to a bodily approach, explores the various strategies of the being. Each plane—physical, emotional, spiritual—is a level of reality where tensions, memories, imbalances are recorded... but also messages, evolutions, and liberations. Thanks to the energy reading enabled by the test, these dimensions become accessible, decipherable, and transformable.

3.1 Physical Plan

It is often through the body that the call for care manifests itself. The animal exhibits pain, strange behavior, loss of appetite, lameness... Kinesiology here allows us to decode the energetic or emotional origin of a physical symptom, but also to identify postural compensations or more subtle internal imbalances.

Somatic and muscular tension : chronic contractions, asymmetries, mechanical compensations. The body constantly "speaks," expressing through its forms what is sometimes blocked deeper down.

Visceral, immune, and hormonal disorders : certain internal imbalances, although clinically subtle, can be perceived vibrationally before appearing at the organic level. Muscle testing provides access to this pre-pathological area, paving the way for energy prevention.

Environmental disturbances : Animals are highly sensitive sensors. They can react to excess electromagnetic waves (electrosmog), geobiological imbalances (underground waterways, faults, local memory), or even subtle chemical pollution. Kinesiology identifies these influences and suggests specific reharmonizations.

3.2 Emotional Plane

The animal's emotional world is vast, complex, and often underestimated. It feels, it memorizes, it integrates... and sometimes, it carries. Kinesiology provides access to these buried emotional knots, often silent, but powerfully active.

Separation stress, abandonment, post-traumatic stress : whether it's early weaning, abandonment, or a sudden event (accident, moving, loss of a companion), crystallized emotion can become embedded in the body and cause behavioral or physical problems. Kinesiology allows for a gentle release, respecting the animal's rhythm.

Stagnant emotions : anger, fear, shame, sadness... Each emotion has a vibrational signature and a bodily location (the liver for anger, the kidneys for fear, the lungs for sadness, etc.). By questioning this information, the energy test can bring about vibrational awareness and a profound reharmonization.

Sick Guardian Syndrome : Some animals absorb the emotional burdens of their humans. Out of love, loyalty, or simply vibrational resonance. This phenomenon of emotional transference is very common and can be the cause of mirror pathologies. Kinesiology reveals these hidden dynamics and offers a way to refocus each individual in their rightful place.

3.3 Spiritual Plane

Perhaps the most secret, the most sacred... but also the most transformative. The animal is not just a body or an emotion. It is a being of soul, on a journey of incarnation, carrying missions, contracts, ancient memories. Kinesiology allows—with caution, humility, and permission—access to this spiritual data.

Soul missions and incarnation contracts : Some animals come "for" their guardian. To love, support, and heal them. Others come to experience freedom, loyalty, solitude... or to repair an old problem. By testing spiritual levels, it is sometimes possible to gain insight into the deeper meaning of the animal-human bond.

Animal karmas : Although often associated with humans, karmas can also concern certain animals, especially those considered "highly evolved," which incarnated with a developed consciousness and subtle memory. Karmic connections can explain behaviors, unexplained pain, or visceral fears.

Parasitic presences, entities, thought forms : in some cases, an animal's discomfort may be linked to non-embodied presences or residual energy charges. Kinesiology, through appropriate testing and gentle cleansing work (threads, prayers, visualizations), can support a respectful release of these influences.

Each dimension tested becomes a path to healing, not as a mechanical repair, but as a return to deep harmony, a realignment of the living with its original frequency.

4. COURSE OF A SACRED ANIMAL KINESIOLOGY SESSION

An animal kinesiology session is more than just a technique. It is, above all, an encounter: between two living beings, between two vibrational fields, between two souls. It is an opening of sacred space, where each gesture, each test, each word is part of a deep listening to the living. The course of the session follows a subtle thread: from anchoring to integration, including energy reading. Here are the key steps of this process.

4.1 Opening of the treatment area

Before any contact, the session begins with a time of centering and internalization. The practitioner grounds himself, frees his mind, and sets his intention: to be a neutral, benevolent channel, serving the animal's vibrational truth.

Grounding ritual : This may include conscious breathing, root visualization, or an inner invocation of the forces of life. This ritual establishes a stable energetic foundation.

Request for permission : Before entering into subtle contact with the animal, the practitioner connects with its soul and silently asks for its consent. This can be done through the heart, the gaze, or remotely via a photo. If a "no" is perceived (fatigue, withdrawal, fear), the session is postponed. This respect is the foundation of the sacred ethics of care.

Connecting to the informational field : Once the agreement is received, the practitioner enters the animal's energetic information field, sometimes through the guardian or by directly testing whether the animal cooperates. He or she listens to the subtle body, the deep heart, and the vibrant silence.

4.2 Multidimensional Energy Reading

Then begins the exploration phase, a careful reading of the imbalances, blockages, or messages present. Muscle testing here becomes a tool for navigating the different layers of being.

Cross-test protocol : we examine the energy meridians (derived from Chinese medicine), the chakras (vibratory centers of consciousness), but also landmarks such as neuro-lymphatic points, emotional circuits, and organs. These tests reveal the priority tensions to be addressed.

Stress levels : the practitioner identifies the vibrational level concerned: is it physical? emotional? transgenerational? spiritual? karmic? By going back to the root of the stress, we avoid treating only the symptoms.

Bio-energetic realignment : once the imbalances have been identified, the session focuses on correction: through pressure on reflex points, gentle stimulation, rebalancing of polarities, harmonization of chakras, etc. The energy circulates again, the system readjusts itself.

Auric harmonization : Often, a final step aims to close and seal the aura, to prevent energy leaks or recharges. This is done through vibrational gestures, magnetic passes, or the use of subtle tools.

4.3 Vibrational integration

The treatment doesn't end with the session. It continues over time, through the cellular and vibrational integration of what has been released or transformed. Natural tools are offered to support this process.

Bach flowers, spagyric elixirs, crystals : each animal can receive a personalized vibrational synergy to support the integration of the treatment. Flower essences rebalance emotions, while crystals support the chakras or soothe the nervous system.

Sound therapy : The use of therapeutic tuning forks, singing bowls, or solfeggio frequencies allows for deep cellular harmonization. The sound resonates with the animal's subtle bodies, acting as an invisible balm.

Soul Message Transmission : Sometimes, when permitted, a clear message emerges from the animal's field. A sentence, an image, a sensation. The practitioner can then transmit the soul's message to the human referent—not as a prediction, but as a vibrational invitation, a key to shared evolution.

Thus the session ends: in respect for the living, in gratitude for the connection, and in the sacred silence of a space where something has readjusted, invisibly, but powerfully.

5. PRACTICAL CASES AND TRANSFORMATION STUDIES

Each animal is a world, each session a unique encounter. Yet, through the experiences, healing archetypes emerge, recurring patterns, and familiar vibrational paths. These practical cases, taken from real experiences (modified to preserve confidentiality), reveal how animal kinesiology works beyond symptoms by accessing the deep memory of the living.

5.1 Adopted dog with panic fear of humans

Transgenerational reading + release of memory of abuse

Background : Tao, a young mixed-breed dog adopted from a shelter, exhibits an irrational fear of humans. He whines, hides, and refuses contact, even after several months of peaceful living with his new sitter.

Session procedure :
The substitution muscle test with the guardian highlights intense stress localized on the heart and triple warming meridians, associated with fear of connection and hypervigilance.
An emerging memory, located in the canine transgenerational: it carries a burden inherited from an ancestor who suffered human abuse. The stress is ancient, collective, inscribed in the morphic field of stray dogs.

Correction and integration:

  • Release by neurovascular points.
  • Bach Flower: Star of Bethlehem for shock.
  • Guided visualization of "returning to innocence", with gentle shamanic drum sounds.

Message to the guardian: "Be present. Expect nothing. He will heal in silence."

Evolution :
In two weeks, Tao begins to approach. In a month, I accept his hand. His gaze becomes softer, his body more supple. The freed memory has given him back the right to trust.

5.2 Aggressive horse in the arena but gentle in the hand

Liver meridian blockage + karmic link with former rider

Background : Jalisco, a 10-year-old Spanish gelding, is calm and affectionate in the paddock, but becomes aggressive, even dangerous, as soon as he is ridden in the arena: biting, kicking, refusing to move forward.

Session procedure :
The test reveals excess energy in the liver meridian, often associated with repressed anger. Karmic stress is identified: the horse belonged in a previous life (or in a vibrational memory) to a brutal rider, in a military setting. The simple act of being saddled reactivates this imprint of violent domination.

Correction and integration :

  • Release by stimulation of the liver alarm points and energy drainage.
  • Placement of an amethyst quartz on the solar plexus.
  • Sound treatment with Tibetan bowl on the 3rd chakra.
  • Elixir: Willow (pent-up anger) + Walnut (freeing oneself from the past).

Symbolic ritual: the rider removes the saddle, kneels, and “renews” a pact of trust .

Evolution :
After three sessions, Jalisco shows less aggression, especially if the rider takes the time to perform a pre-ride ritual. Gradually, the horse stops associating the arena with a past pain. He becomes reconciled with his incarnation.

5.3 Agitated and painful cat at the end of life

Support for the passage + harmonization of the 4th and 7th chakras

Background : Isis, a 17-year-old cat with end-stage renal failure. Despite palliative care, she meows a lot, seems lost, refuses to eat, and tries to escape.

Session procedure :
Remote test with photo. Strong activation of the crown chakra and the heart chakra, but a blockage between the two: Isis "knows" she's leaving, but can't seem to leave. The fusional bond with her guardian acts as an unconscious brake.

Correction and support:

  • Work on the heart and master heart meridian.
  • Crystal placement: rose quartz on the heart, selenite on the head.
  • Sacred music (frequency 963 Hz).

Message to the guardian: "Give me permission to leave. Love me free."

Evolution :
That same evening, the guardian addresses Isis, opens the door, and speaks to her from the heart. The next morning, the conversation peacefully falls asleep on the bed, in a ray of light. The soul has left the body in peace.

These stories are not "miracles," but acts of deep vibrational listening. They remind us that behind every symptom, there is an experience. Behind every behavior, a message. And behind every animal... a consciousness on the way.

6. PROFESSIONAL ETHICS AND SPIRITUAL POSTURE OF THE PRACTITIONER

Being an animal kinesiology practitioner is not just about "performing" a treatment. It is about serving the living, with humility, justice, and integrity. The ethics of this practice are not simply a code of ethics: they are a vibrational posture, a choice of the soul. It rests on three pillars: respect for the animal's free will, the practitioner's inner neutrality, and humility in the relationship.

6.1 Do not interfere with the animal's free will

The animal, even if it doesn't speak our language, is a sovereign being, bearer of consciousness, will, and choice. In kinesiology, we don't "correct" an animal. We don't try to force it to behave differently, nor to "erase" what bothers it. We enter into dialogue with it, not manipulation.

Respect for cycles : some suffering has meaning. It carries a message, a transformation in progress. Forcing its disappearance sometimes means preventing a process of evolution. The practitioner learns to listen for the right moment, to accept not acting immediately.

Refusal of therapeutic omnipotence : the practitioner is not a savior. He does not have to cure the animal "at any cost." He suggests, he offers, he accompanies. But he respects the animal's soul's choice, including that of remaining in its pain, or even of leaving.

6.2 The practitioner as channel and guardian of silence

Muscle testing only works if the practitioner is free of projections and expectations. They then become a clear channel, a mirror without intention, serving what is meant to be expressed through energy.

Emotional neutrality : The practitioner does not project their own wounds onto the animal. They do not save it to heal a part of it. They remain present but not inseparable, capable of compassion without immersion.

Absence of mental projection : he does not seek to guess or interpret according to his mind. He lets the answers emerge from the test, with rigor and respect.

Guardian of Silence : Some information received during sessions is sacred, intimate, and resonant. Not everything should be said. The practitioner learns to honor silence, to convey only what uplifts, without unnecessary curiosity.

6.3 Humility in Service

Animal kinesiology is a path of stripping away. It requires renouncing the need to shine, to heal, to understand. It calls for pure availability: that of being of service, without taking ownership of what is happening.

Co-creation with the animal : each session is a shared act, a dance between two presences. The practitioner suggests, but the animal decides. It feels, chooses, guides. It can refuse, show, or remain silent. Everything is fair.

No human superiority : the animal is not "less evolved." It has its own wisdom, a silent knowledge of life. Sometimes, it is more aligned than its keeper. The practitioner learns to listen to it as if it were a master.

To offer, not to impose; to listen, not to control : true care doesn't seek to "achieve a result." It offers space. It plants a seed. It lets the soul act, if it wishes. And sometimes, the greatest care is... to do nothing, just to be there.

The practitioner's vibrational ethics are what create the energetic security of the treatment. Without them, even the best techniques become mechanical, futile, and even intrusive. With them, kinesiology becomes a sacred act, an offering of consciousness in service of the living.

7. TO GO FURTHER: TRAIN, ALIGN, SERVE

Animal kinesiology is not just a tool. It is a path of knowledge, an inner school as much as a therapeutic practice. Anyone who wishes to practice it consciously must undergo serious training, cultivate a living connection with nature, and offer their path as an act of service to something greater than themselves.

7.1 Training in animal kinesiology

The first step is to choose a solid, aligned and ethical training, which respects both the energetic foundations and the living animal.

Criteria for serious training:

  • Common core in human kinesiology : essential for mastering muscle testing, practitioner posture, and the logic of meridians and energy circuits.
  • Specific “animal” modules : learning the substitution test, vibration reading of species, management of interference between animal and keeper.
  • Ethics and inner guidance : a good trainer doesn't just impart knowledge. They guide a posture, a vibrational path. They offer an initiatory pedagogy, not just a technical one.

Recommended additional training:

  • Intuitive animal communication, to develop subtle listening to feelings.
  • Geobiology and place care, because animals often absorb environmental imbalances.
  • Quantum care, to understand and support remote work and non-local releases.

7.2 Deepening your connection to the living

Practicing animal kinesiology means cultivating a presence within oneself to the living. It's not knowledge that one applies, it's a state of being that one embodies. To do this, one must nourish this connection every day, in silence, in humility, in openness.

Practices to integrate into daily life:

Meditation with animals : Sit in their presence without expectation or thought. Simply breathe with them, synchronize with their frequency. They guide us toward the simplicity of being.

Mindful walks in nature : without a phone, without a goal. Listen, touch, feel. Walk with your heart, like an animal among others. It is in these moments that the accuracy of care is born.

Healing or collective transmission circles : practicing in a group strengthens resonance. Creating circles around a sick animal, a disturbed place, or a message to be conveyed raises the collective vibration.

7.3 Contribute to collective development

Animal kinesiology is not an end in itself. It is part of a larger movement: that of awakening consciousness, of reconciliation between humans and the living, of the planetary energy transition.

Animals as guides for transformation : more and more animals are accompanying awakening humans. They "hold" a frequency, remind us of what is essential, and embody pure presence. Their current suffering often mirrors our collective imbalances. Helping them helps us heal ourselves.

Kinesiology and unified consciousness : By releasing stress, realigning bodies, and listening to souls, we participate in the global vibrational elevation. Each treatment becomes an act of trust. Each release is a wave that touches the field of all.

Serve without expectation : The true practitioner does not act to be useful, recognized, or validated. He acts because it is right. He responds to the call of the living, without ego, without personal purpose. His service is offered silently, presence available, love embodied.

Animal kinesiology, practiced with this awareness, becomes a sacred art. It reminds us that healing is not an action, but an invisible prayer: that of a heart that chooses to honor life in all its beauty.

Conclusion: Healing is remembering that we are one

Animal kinesiology isn't just about correcting an imbalance or relieving a symptom. It reconnects what has been forgotten. It reminds us that every living being—whether walking on two or four legs, talking or meowing, healing or suffering—belongs to the same invisible fabric: that of the One Life.

When we test a meridian, when we listen to the subtle quivering of a muscle that yields or holds, we are not "working." We are connecting. We are relearning to speak the language of the living, made of silence, vibration, and resonance.

And through the animal, it is often ourselves that we intervene for the first time.

Healing, in kinesiology, is not about "doing something to the other." It is about remembering that there is no other. It is about connecting, bowing, and putting oneself at the service of the sacred intelligence that governs every heartbeat, every breath, every silent bond of love between an animal and a human.

The animal shows us the way. With its presence, it teaches patience. With its gaze, it reveals the truth. With its pain, it calls our hearts to awaken. And when we respond—not by knowing, but by listening—then something greater is born:

  • a shared vibrational care,
  • a dance of souls,
  • a memory of unity rediscovered.

In a fragmented world, animal kinesiology is an act of reunification. It invites us to stop thinking in categories—body/soul, human/animal, caregiver/cared for—and rediscover the golden thread that unites everything: the consciousness of the living.

So perhaps, through each session, each silence, each breath released, we move towards a healing even greater than that of a body or a being.

We are moving towards the reminder of an ancient truth:

we are not separated.

We are one.

Little +

I completed my training and received my certificate in animal kinesiology.

An intense, rich, sometimes moving journey, but deeply aligned with what I have felt for a long time: this desire to accompany animals differently, by listening to what they express beyond words.

Over the course of the sessions, I learned to decode body language, to feel subtle emotions, to listen to myself—really.

Not to “correct,” but to understand, rebalance, and sometimes simply be there, in the right place, at the right time.

It's just the beginning, but I feel ready.

Ready to welcome, to transmit, to work with respect and awareness in the service of the precious bond between animals and humans.
