Recommended methods:

• Slowly pass the necklace through the smoke of white sage, palo santo, or natural incense (such as benzoin or sandalwood).
• Focus on the intention: release memories, purify vibrations.

Duration: approximately 1 minute.

2. Singing bowl or sound

• Place the necklace near a Tibetan bowl or gently ring it nearby.
